Although we are currently postponing booking until around April 2024, we do offer our space as a venue for rent!
If you are considering our beautiful buildings as your next venue, please contact us when we begin scheduling again! Please keep in mind that our Buildings are historic and may not be suitable for every event.
Our base fee of $800 covers 3 hours + cleaning fee. That includes 30 minutes before and after to set up and disassemble. If you would like additional time, each additional hour is $100.
We offer tables, chairs and covers. A kitchen space is available in our 1893 building and there are 2 bathrooms in each building.
Yes, food and drinks can be brought in, however, sale of alcohol is not permitted.
The maximum capacity of our smaller building (1893) is approximately 40 people total. Our larger building (1901) has a maximum capacity of approximately 75 total people.
At the moment we are only offering one building per event. Our larger building (1901) is a gallery exhibit and the art will not be removed for any rental events. Our courtyard can be utilized for small gatherings outside during the event.
