If you’ve never experienced Ecstatic Dance before, think of it as giving yourself permission to move however your body wants to move. There’s no choreography, no right or wrong way to dance, and no pressure to perform-just music, movement, and the freedom to be fully yourself.

This is a guided experience lead by me, where I’ll gently hold the space and guide the engergetic journey while the music invites you to connect with yourself in your own unique way.

We keep the dancefloor free of conversation, so you can drop out of your busy mind and into your body, whether you dance wildly, sway gently, stretch on the floor, or simply take it all in-you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
